When is payday?
Pay periods are the 1st through the 15th of the month, paid on the 20th; and the 16th through the end of the month, paid on the 5th of the next month. Some holidays that fall within the 5-day processing time may through payday off to the 21st or the 16th.
What are the paid holidays?
For regular, full-time employees, Belmont Nursery offers paid holiday time for New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You must be scheduled before and after in order to receive the holiday hours.
Can I change my payroll deductions?
All you need to do is fill out a new W-4 and turn it in to HR. It might take a pay period to be implemented.
When do I qualify for Sick Time?
Regular, full-time employees will earn 40 hours of sick time on their 91st day of employment. This renews on the 1st of the year, and does not accrue from one year to the next.
What are the employee discounts?Â
Employees enjoy the lowest price offered on items for purchase and range from 20% off retail to 20% off wholesale list. Purchases must be made by the employee only and not friends or family members.
